To elevate and support employee talent, we will double the number of endowed chairs, professorships and other positions across our campuses. An endowment provides perpetual support for our most distinguished employees. This allows them to advance their work in special ways, including support for graduate and postdoctoral students, research, travel, equipment purchases and creative pursuits.
