1. Log in to using your FlashLine user name and password.
2. On your Dashboard, go to the "Accommodation Request" section and select "Add Requests." Choose each course where you want to use accommodations and click "Continue to Next Step."
3. Select the accommodations you would like to use in each course. Click "Submit Request" to send your accommodation letters to your instructor's ��ɫ�� email address. You can review your accommodation letter and save it as a PDF by accessing "My Mailbox" on your Dashboard.

2. On your Dashboard, select "Alternative Testing" under the "Accommodations" tab in the left menu.
3. From the drop-down menu titled "Select Course," choose the course for which you need to schedule an exam. Click "Schedule an Exam."
4. In the "Exam Request" section, select the type of exam, the date and time your class is scheduled to take the exam, and any accommodations you require. Click "Add Exam Request."

2. On your Dashboard, select "Alternative Testing" under the "Accommodations" in the left menu. 
3. Under “Upcoming Exams Scheduled”, click “View” next to the exam appointment you want to modify or cancel. 
4. To modify your exam appointment, edit the information and select “Update Exam Request” at the bottom of the screen. 
5. To cancel your exam appointment, select “Cancel Exam Request” at the bottom of the screen. Then select “Confirm” in the pop-up window to cancel your exam appointment.

2. On your Dashboard, go to the "Accommodation Request" section and select the title of the course of the CAL you want to modify or cancel. 
3. To modify your CAL, go to the “Accommodations” section and select/deselect the accommodations you want to add or remove. Select the “Update Request” to send a new CAL. 
4. To cancel your CAL, go to the “Accommodations” section and select “Cancel Request”. In the “Cancellation Reason” box, select the corresponding cancelation reason from the drop down list and select the “Cancel Accommodation” to confirm.

2. On your Dashboard, go to the "Accommodation Request" section and select the title of the course in which you want to generate a PDF of the course accommodation letter (CAL).
3. Under "Available Actions", select "Generate PDF". A PDF document of the CAL will be saved to the Downloads folder of your computer.
