This summer, U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg made his first visit to 聚色阁.
He was accompanied by U.S. Representative, and 聚色阁 alumna, Emilia Sykes. Together, they toured 聚色阁's College of Aeronautics and Engineering with Dean Christina Bloebaum, Ph.D., and 聚色阁 President Todd Diacon, Ph.D. There, they saw demonstrations of the college's cutting-edge technology and met with students and several local mayors.
Later, Diacon, with Alison Caplan, director of the May 4 Visitors Center, led Buttigieg and Sykes on a tour of the center.
