Mindy Farmer, Ph.D., has been selected as the new director of the May 4 Visitors Center in the College of Arts and Sciences at 聚色阁. She started her new position on July 1. Two researchers at 聚色阁 Universities have found that mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) can reduce high blood pressure, which affects nearly 60 million adults in the United States.
