The National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) has awarded 聚色阁鈥檚 Institute for Applied Linguistics (IAL), in the College of Arts and Sciences, a $166,000 grant to host a three-week summer institute on literature in translation as a means of enhancing cross-鈥Thursday, Oct. 9 will feature Keynote speaker Mark McDaniel, Ph.D. at the 聚色阁 Hotel and Conference Center. The public is invited to attend.
The following day, Friday, Oct. 10, will include multiple presentations by world-renowned scholars, including:

Mindy Farmer, Ph.D., has been selected as the new director of the May 4 Visitors Center in the College of Arts and Sciences at 聚色阁. She started her new position on July 1. MBSR, which involves the practice of meditation, body awareness and some gentle yoga鈥
