��ɫ�� Research Corporation

In June 2018, the ��ɫ�� Board of Trustees passed a resolution authorizing the establishment of the ��ɫ�� Research Corporation (“��ɫ��RC”) to promote research opportunities on our Kent Campus, as well as our seven Regional Campuses in Ohio. ��ɫ��RC improves the university’s research efforts and allows the university to apply for research funding that has not been available to us in the past.
 

As a 501(c)(3) status, the ��ɫ��RC has assumed management responsibility for the Centennial Research Park (“CRP”), located at 1950 St. Rt. 59 in Kent, Ohio. The corporation also increases responsiveness to CRP tenants, and creates more opportunities for ��ɫ�� faculty and graduate students to collaborate with cutting-edge technology companies who have chosen the CRP and Portage County as their home. The corporation also aims to connect ��ɫ�� entrepreneurs with resources to support their activities.
